However there does not appear to be a final determination of the cause of death. On the other hand the Roman Catholic Jesuit Order in California conducted a complete funeral Mass at Loyola-Marymont University for a Byzantine Catholic who the Jesuits said committed suicide, James Chevedden. Chevedden’s family had donated more than $150,000 to the Jesuit Order.
